Our meatloaf, baked in muffin tins and frosted with mashed potatoes like a cupcake. Bacon bits on top, two olives for eyes. A plate that looks like a joke and eats like dinner. Served with a dinner roll. Pairs great with our Apple Feta Spiced Pecan salad.
