Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Dinnertime Meals. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dinnertime Meals, located in Draper, Utah. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Description of Services
Dinnertime Meals is a takeout restaurant that provides freshly prepared meals for customer pickup and delivery. Our services include online ordering through our website or app, in-person ordering, meal delivery to designated service areas within Draper, Utah and surrounding communities, and weekly subscription meal programs.
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that menu descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
User Account Terms
Account Creation
To place orders through our website or app, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our staff.
Data Retention
Upon account termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
Ordering and Payment
Order Placement
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Prices may vary between online and in-store orders.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment is due at the time of order placement for online orders and at pickup or delivery for in-person orders.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or text message. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Area
Delivery is available within our designated service area in and around Draper, Utah. Delivery availability and fees may vary based on your location. You can verify if your address is within our delivery zone during checkout.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases where delivery cannot be completed due to our error.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including weather conditions, traffic, order volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Instructions
Please provide accurate delivery instructions including your complete address, apartment or unit number, gate codes, and any special instructions. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Receipt of Delivery
You or an authorized person must be available to receive the delivery at the designated location. If no one is available, we may leave the order at the door (contactless delivery) or attempt to contact you. We are not responsible for food quality or safety after the order has been delivered or left at the designated location.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control (incorrect address, no one available, inaccessible location), you may be charged for the full order amount and any applicable delivery fees.
Pickup Orders
Pickup Time
Orders should be picked up at the designated time. We will hold your order for 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, please contact us so we can set your order aside.
Orders Not Picked Up Before Closing
If your order is not picked up before we close for the day, we will refrigerate your food following food safety cooling guidelines established by the Utah Department of Health and the FDA Food Code. Your order will be available for pickup the next business day during regular operating hours. Please note that some menu items may not be suitable for refrigeration and reheating; in such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 24 hours after the original pickup time (or by the end of the next business day, whichever is later) may be discarded. No refund will be issued for orders that are discarded due to non-pickup.
Identification
You may be required to provide identification or your order confirmation number when picking up your order.
Subscription Services
Summer Lunch Club
What You're Signing Up For
The Summer Lunch Club is a weekly subscription program. Each week you receive one box — five kid lunches (the Kids Box) — plus any add-ons you selected: a Grown-Up Lunch and/or a 5-pack of local Gossner's milk. Boxes are pickup only, available every Monday from 10:30 AM at our kitchen in Draper, Utah.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription continues week to week automatically until you pause it, cancel it, or the season ends. You do not need to re-order each week.
Billing and Payment Authorization
We charge the card on file every Thursday at 6:00 AM Mountain Time for the following Monday's box. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Dinnertime Meals to charge your card automatically on this schedule until you pause or cancel, or until the season ends. You will receive a charge notification each billing cycle.
Pausing or Cancelling - Wednesday Cutoff
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal (Account → Subscriptions). To skip or stop the next week's box, your change must be made by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on Wednesday — the night before billing. Pausing holds your subscription for whenever you're ready to return. Cancelling ends your subscription entirely. Either action completed by the Wednesday cutoff means your card will not be charged that Thursday.
Changes After the Cutoff
If you pause or cancel after 11:59 PM Wednesday, that week's box has already been scheduled and we have begun sourcing and preparing fresh food for it. That week's box will still be charged on Thursday and prepared for pickup. Because boxes are made to order with fresh ingredients, they are not refundable once the Wednesday cutoff has passed. Your pause or cancellation takes effect the following week.
Subscription Pickup
Summer Lunch Club boxes are ready for pickup every Monday from 10:30 AM and are held through the end of Monday service. We are not able to refund or remake a box that is not picked up. If something comes up before Monday, reach out and we will do our best to help.
Season End Date
The Summer Lunch Club runs for the duration of the summer season and ends automatically at the close of the final week — Monday, August 17, 2026. You do not need to cancel at the end of the season; your subscription will close on its own and your card will not be charged after the final week.
Subscription Pricing
- Kids Box: $25 per week (five lunches at $5 each)
- Grown-Up Lunch add-on: $45 per week
- Gossner's Milk 5-pack add-on: $6 per week
Add-ons are billed together with your weekly Kids Box charge.

Refund Policy
Standard Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made before we begin preparing your food. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may be subject to a partial or no refund at our discretion.
Subscription Order Refunds
Summer Lunch Club boxes are made to order with fresh ingredients. Boxes are not refundable once the Wednesday 11:59 PM cutoff has passed for that week's billing cycle. To avoid a charge for a week you don't want, pause or cancel your subscription before the cutoff. See §7.4–7.5 above.
Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery. We may offer a replacement meal, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing your concern.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will either deliver the missing/correct items, provide a refund for those items, or issue store credit.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Store credits will be applied to your account immediately and do not expire.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of scheduled time
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect information
- Orders cancelled after preparation has begun
- Customer change-of-mind situations
Disputes
For any refund disputes, please contact our customer service team. We will review each case individually and work to reach a fair resolution.
Allergens and Dietary Information
We make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free. Customers with food allergies or severe dietary restrictions should contact us directly before placing an order or subscribing to any program.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinnertime Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
