Monday Apr 6 - BBQ Chicken Rice Bowls

All the deliciousness of a BBQ chicken salad mixed in a rice bowl. Cilantro lime rice, romaine lettuce, BBQ chicken, black beans, corn, avocado, red onion, cheese, and tomatoes and tortilla corn strips, all topped with a scrumptious cilantro lime BBQ dressing. Served with a cornbread muffin.
