Dinnertime Holdings LLC, doing business as Dinnertime Meals ("we," "us," "our"), operates dinnertimemeals.com and gather.dinnertimemeals.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you order or create an account: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and your order history.
When you pay: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type.
When you sign up for texts or email: your phone number or email address, the date and time you gave consent, and the exact wording you agreed to.
When you use our website: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie data. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for it.
Why we use it
- To take, prepare, and deliver your order
- To contact you about an order, such as a substitution, a delay, or a pickup question
- To send you marketing email or texts if you asked us to, and only until you tell us to stop
- To keep records we are required by law to keep, including tax records
- To improve the website and understand which pages people actually use
Text messages and mobile data
If you opt in to text messages from Dinnertime Meals:
- You will receive recurring marketing messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, up to 12 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Providing your mobile number is never required to place an order.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your mobile opt-in information or consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages you asked for, and it is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf.

We share only what is needed to run the business, and only with providers acting on our behalf.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our staff, or the safety of others. We review this list whenever we change providers.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner on our site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as we are required to by law or need it for legitimate business purposes such as accounting and tax records. You can ask us to delete your personal data by contacting us directly, and we will do so except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Email: unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Your account: contact us to see, correct, or delete your information.
Marketing preferences are separate from order messages. If you have an order in progress, we may still need to contact you about it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including handling payments through a provider that specialises in it rather than storing card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the website.
